I hope this message finds you well, despite the challenging times we are currently facing. It is with a heavy heart that I inform you of a significant loss within our company. Last week, we suffered an unimaginable loss with the passing of our dear friend and esteemed leader, Mike Frazier.
Mike’s sudden departure has left a profound void in our lives and in our company. His leadership, kindness, and unwavering commitment were the cornerstone of our success and the bond that united us as a community. His legacy of integrity, passion, and dedication will continue to inspire us all.
In honor of Mike’s memory and in recognition of his extraordinary contributions, we have made the decision to shut down the company this coming Friday. This day of closure will serve as a time for reflection, remembrance, and to pay tribute to the remarkable person Mike was. We encourage everyone to take this time to honor his memory in a way that feels most meaningful to you.
Mike’s wife, Terry Frazier, has expressed her wish that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Heart Foundation in Mikes name (Link below). This cause was close to Mike’s heart, and your contributions will help further research and support for those affected by heart disease. Please find the donation details attached.
Additionally, Terry would love for all of you to attend the memorial service and the reception that will follow. The Celebration of Life will be Central Church located at 1001 New Beginning Dr. Henderson Nevada 8901. The doors open on Friday July 19th, 2024, at 12:30 PM, services starting at 1:00 PM. A reception will be held after at Ahern Hotel located at 300 West Sahara Hotel, and your presence would mean a great deal to her and to all who loved Mike.
During this time of grief, we ask for your understanding and support. Mike’s spirit will continue to live on in the values he instilled in us and the culture he helped to build. By upholding these principles, we can ensure that his legacy endures.
